• Job information you send us for an audit or the desk. This can include homeowner names, addresses, photos and signatures.

• To carry out an audit or provide the desk, under a contract or the steps before one.
• To reply to your enquiry.
• For our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, where your rights do not override them.

Homeowner information

When a builder sends us homeowner information, we process it on the builder's instructions. The builder is responsible for telling homeowners. [Confirm controller and processor roles and put a data processing agreement in place.]
